Common questions
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing period.
- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one team member account. Tools are the shared accounts your team accesses through UniOps.
- What are concurrent sessions?
- The number of team members who can be actively using the same tool at the same time. Each plan's ceiling matches its seat count, and Pro has no ceiling at all. Some platforms also carry their own lower per-tool limit to keep shared accounts in good standing. Pro plans can set custom limits per tool.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, whether you choose monthly or annual billing. You add a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends; cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. The Free plan is always free and needs no card.
