Data Processing Addendum
Updated 26 May 2026.
Customers subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, or similar regimes that require a written processor agreement can obtain a signed Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") from UniOps. Our DPA incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.
How to get a signed DPA
- Email team@uniops.app from a domain that matches your billing email.
- Include your workspace name, the legal entity that should sign, and a contact for security questionnaires.
- We'll respond within two business days with an executable PDF.
The DPA covers UniOps' obligations as a processor of customer data inside your workspace. For data UniOps controls (account registration, billing) we operate under our Privacy Policy as the controller; the DPA does not modify that relationship.
Subprocessor DPAs
Our subprocessors are listed at /legal/subprocessors. Each operates under a DPA between UniOps and that vendor. If your procurement process requires onward-flow DPAs, request them at team@uniops.app and we will provide copies covered by NDA.
Sub-EU residency requirements
Standard UniOps deployments run in us-east-1. If your organization requires EU residency for all workspace data at rest, contact team@uniops.app to discuss an EU deployment.
